The natural world is infinitely complex. A person could spend their whole lifetime trying to understand and tease this world apart and only scratch the surface. This blog is my attempt to scratch that surface and share my observations and reflections  with others who are curious about the outdoors, as well as efforts to restore ecosystems and our human connection to them.
